Cross Engineers prepared the power, lighting, and fire alarm design for this 75,000 square foot 3-story facility on a 10.5 acre campus located in Tacoma WA.
Key features of sustainable design that Hultz/BHU/Cross prepared were:

• Designed computerized based lighting controls (photosensors, time controls, occupancy controls)
• Maintained 1.0 watt per square foot lighting design
• Infrastructure for future photovoltaics.
• Employed individual electrical panel metering that reports back to DDC and is recorded for energy monitoring.
